(the “Company”) on November 21, 2005, announcing that it had declared a two-for-one split of the Company’s common stock. On November 21, 2005, the Company announced that it had declared a two-for-one split of the Company’s common stock to be paid on or about December 8, 2005, to owners of record as of the close of business December 1, 2005.
