Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 24, 2011, Diodes Incorporated issued a press release announcing an agreement to purchase up
to approximately US$14 million of the common stock of Eris Technology Corporation. A copy of the
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
