Announcement Regarding S&P Global Ratings’ Rating and Outlook

 

International rating agency S&P Global Ratings has revised our Company’s credit rating as “BB+” in accordance with its internal practice to reflect its decision announced on May 1, 2018 to downgrade Turkey’s sovereign ratings. The outlook of our Company has been revised to “stable” from “negative”. The standalone rating of our Company, which was raised to “BBB” on March 28, 2018, has been maintained.
