(1) | As previously reported on Form 8-K dated November 6, 2018, this inducement award was granted to Mr. Balmer with an effective date of January 1, 2019, when he agreed to join Callon Petroleum Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. The award is subject to three-year ratable vesting with one-third of the units vesting on each of the first three anniversaries of the effective date. The first tranche will vest on January 1, 2020. The second tranche will vest on January 1, 2021. The third and final tranche will vest on January 1, 2022. |
