Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 5, 2015, Fastenal Company ("Fastenal") hosted a pre-scheduled investor presentation, previously announced on a press release dated October 30, 2015, from its distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana. A copy of the slides presented at the event (the "Investor Presentation") is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Investor Presentation, along with archived audio of the event, will also be available on the investor page of Fastenal's website at http://investor.fastenal.com/events.cfm until December 4, 2015.
