Due to the Sunrise Coal acquisition, the Company needs more time to gather the necessary financial data to prepare the consolidated financial statements.

We expect a loss of approximately $200,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2006. We had a loss of $40,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2005.
