Item 5.02(b). Retirement of a Named Executive Officer.

On October 1, 2017, Ronald N. Herring Jr., Senior Vice President, and President of MSA International, retired from the Company. Mr. Bob Willem Leenen was named Vice President, and President of MSA International, and has assumed Mr. Herring’s former responsibilities.
