On June 6, 2016, Therese C. Houlahan, Vice President and Treasurer of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (the “Company”) gave notice that she would be resigning as Vice President and Treasurer of the Company effective June 23, 2016. Her areas of responsibility will be overseen by David J. Antoniuk, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, until the Company finds her successor.
