J. W. Mays, Inc. issued a press release on October 10, 2007, reporting its
financial results for the three and twelve months ended July 31, 2007. The

REPORTS ON OPERATIONS FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR AND THREE MONTHS ENDED JULY 31, 2007
J. W. Mays, Inc. today reported its financial results for the twelve and
three months ended July 31, 2007.
Revenues for the twelve months ended July 31, 2007 were $18,158,702, compared
to revenues of $13,666,177 in the comparable 2006 twelve-month period, while
revenues for the current three months were $7,975,153, compared to revenues
of $3,412,445 in the comparable 2006 three months.
For the fiscal year ended July 31, 2007, the Company reported net income of
$2,055,939, or $1.02 per share, compared with net income of $1,433,382, or
$.71 per share, in the comparable 2006 fiscal year.
In the three months ended July 31, 2007, the Company reported net income of
$2,224,169, or $1.10 per share, compared with net income for the previous
year's comparable three months of $1,269,153, or $.63 per share.
