Effective December 31, 2017, Patrick Malone, a member of the Boards
of Directors of Community Bancorp. (the “Company”) and
its wholly-owned subsidiary, Community National Bank (the
“Bank”), resigned from the respective Boards. Mr.
Malone’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the
Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations,
policies or practices.
