Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 27, 2017, Christopher T. Werner and Exterran Corporation (the “Company”) mutually determined that he will step down from his position as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, effective immediately. Mr. Werner will assist the Company in the transition of his responsibilities until his departure in March 2017, and will receive the benefits set forth in his Severance Agreement dated November 3, 2015.
