		On September 28, 2016, we announced we will participate in the UBS Power and Utilities Conference on Thurs., Sept. 29, 2016, in Dallas, Texas. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Curtis Dinan, senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, will be conducting a series of meetings with members of the investment community. The materials utilized at the conference will be accessible on the ONE Gas website, www.onegas.com, on Thurs., Sept. 29, 2016, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (7 a.m. Central Daylight Time).
