Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Biomerica, Inc. (the Company) held its 2017 annual meeting (the 2017 Annual Meeting) of stockholders of the Company on December 13, 2017 in Irvine, California. As of October 20, 2017, the record date for the 2017 Annual Meeting, the Company had 8,515,173 shares of its common stock outstanding and entitled to vote, of which 7,146,419 shares of the Companys common stock were present in person or represented by proxy and entitled to vote at the 2017 Annual Meeting. The following is a brief description of the final voting results for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of the stockholders at the 2017 Annual Meeting.
Proposal No. 1: The Companys stockholders elected each of the six nominees named below to serve on the Companys Board of Directors until the next annual meeting of stockholders of the Company and until his or her successor has been elected and qualified or until his or her earlier resignation, death or removal.
