(1) | This grant was for 48,508 performance-vesting restricted stock units, each representing the right to receive one share of the Company's common stock. The number assumes maximum performance; target performance would result in a release of 38,806 shares of the Company's common stock. One-half of the restricted stock units vest on each of March 30, 2016 and 2017, in each case based upon the achievement of the performance metrics set forth in Mr. Hodous's employment agreement with the Company. |
