Gravity meets requirement of venture company designation GRAVITY Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRVY), an online game developer and distributor, has recently announced that it obtained a renewed designation as a venture company for another two-year term from September 2005. As a result, Gravity is expected to continue to enjoy the reduced 13.75% tax rate applicable to a venture company instead of the 24.75% tax rate that would have applied if such designation were not obtained.
