Notice to the Market

Banco Bradesco S.A. (“Bradesco” or “Company”) recognizes the statement issued by Brazil’s Antitrust Authority (CADE) regarding alleged anti-competitive practices in the national foreign exchange market which states that there is an ongoing investigation into the Brazilian operations of former HSBC, acquired by Bradesco on July 1, 2016, in addition to other financial institutions.

Bradesco emphasizes that:

·          the conduct under investigation took place when these operations belonged to the HSBC Group; and

·          it does not expect to incur in costs arising from the alleged conduct given the guarantees obtained from the seller (HSBC Group) and, therefore, the fact should have no financial impact on the Company.
