NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) informs that it started today the sale of cement produced in the just-opened plant located in the Volta Redonda Industrial Complex.
Sales in 2009 are estimated at 400 thousand tonnes, starting in the state of Rio de Janeiro and, then, extended to the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais.
Annual production, at full capacity, is expected to reach 2.3 million tonnes as of 2011.
CSN will use its rail infrastructure through MRS Logística S/A and its own distribution centers.
