      On November 21, 2006, the Corporation issued a news release announcing that further to its press release of November 6, 2006, predictive medicine company PreMD Inc. (TSX: PMD; Amex: PME) (“PreMD”) today announced that Judge Catherine C. Blake of the United States District Court in Baltimore, Maryland has issued an order refusing to grant a motion by Abulkalam K.M. Shamsuddin (“Shamsuddin”) and Med-11 AG preventing PreMD from proceeding with its action in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto against Shamsuddin, Med-11 AG and Stuart Brazier. The information contained in the news release and interim report is incorporated herein by reference and filed respectively as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
