            On October 23, 2006, the Corporation issued a news release announcing that that Dr. Brent Norton, President and Chief Executive Officer of PreMD, will present at the C.E. Unterberg, Towbin Life Sciences Conference in New York City at 8:00 a.m., eastern on Monday, October 30, 2006.
