Item 1.01 Entry Into Material Definitive Agreement

 

mPhase Technologies, Inc. and John Fife entered into an Amendment to a Judgment Settlement Agreement dated as of February 5, 2019 modifying the repayment schedule and made the initial payment thereon of a Convertible Debenture issued by the Company originally on September 13, 2011.
