ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI LIMITED: Results of the annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting held today, the ordinary and special
resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Meeting dated 19 March 2013, were approved.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in accordance
with the requirements of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.
