ChipMOS DECLARES US$0.14 ANNUAL CASH DIVIDEND
Hsinchu, Taiwan, November 16, 2012 Board of Director of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: IMOS) today declared an annual cash dividend of US$0.14 per common share payable on December 18, 2012 to all common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2012.
This represents the Company’s first dividend and is part of its ongoing efforts to increase shareholder value.
