Regulation FD Disclosure

Signet Jewelers Limited today announced at its Investor Relations Day in New York, that its same store sales in the first eight weeks of the third quarter ending on October 29, 2011 continue to be broadly in line with the 9.9% increase reported for its second quarter ended July 29, 2011. Signet reported a same store sales increase of 7.2% in the third quarter ended October 30, 2010.
