Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On August 25, 2005, the Company was notified by its Vice President, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer (Principal Accounting Officer), Stephen J. Carriere, that Mr. Carriere will be leaving the Company effective September 16, 2005 in order to pursue another professional opportunity.
