On June 29, 2009, First Data Corporation (the "Company") and Bank of America N.A. announced that they had formed a strategic alliance which will provide electronic payments processing and products to merchants. A copy of the press release issued by the Company and Bank of America N.A. announcing the strategic alliance is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
