Shares and options to purchase shares of Oracle Systems Corporation common stock were converted to shares and options to purchase shares of the Issuer's common stock pursuant to the merger of Oracle Systems Corporations (formerly named Oracle Corporation) with a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer. The reporting person's holdings remain unchanged except for the change in the issuer of the securities.
