Other Events.

On January 2, 2014, the registrant announced that the registrant and 3D Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of the registrant, completed the acquisition of Xerox Corporation’s solid ink engineering and development teams and development labs and relevant patent portfolio for $32.5 million in cash.
