Sonya E. Medina was appointed to the Papa John’s International, Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors on September 18, 2015. Ms. Medina will stand for election by the stockholders at the Annual Meeting to be held in 2016. Ms. Medina will serve on the Company’s Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.  There are no transactions or relationships between the registrant and Ms. Medina that are reportable under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
