Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on February 17, 2011, containing financial and operational results for the fourth quarter 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
