The Company has encountered a delay in assembling the information, in particular its financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2010, required to be included in its September 30, 2010 Form 10-Q Quarterly Report. The Company expects to file its September 30, 2010 Form 10-Q Quarterly Report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission within five calendar days of the prescribed due date.
