On March 26, 2010, NexCen Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the fiscal year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
