This Form 8-K/A is filed as an amendment (“Amendment No. 1”) to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Sharps Compliance Corp. on July 6, 2016.  Amendment No. 1 is being filed to revise the Item 9.01 Financial Statements and Exhibits a) and b) to change the expected filing date from September 14, 2016 to September 19, 2016.
