On November 6, 2008, Orthofix International N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “press release”) announcing, among other things, its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008 as well as guidance for certain projected financial results for the Company for the fourth quarter and full year of 2008.  A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and attached hereto.
