Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On October 26, 2006, Orthofix International N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release was furnished with a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 26, 2006.

On November 3, 2006, the Company issued a press release updating certain information contained in the Earnings Release (the “Updated Release”). A copy of the Updated Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and attached hereto.
