Item 8.01 Other Events.
In June 2012, we sold our approximately 51,000 square foot vacant industrial property in New Hyde Park, New York for $2.7 million resulting in an approximate $1.7 million gain. As a result of such transaction, our occupancy rate at June 6, 2012 was approximately 98.8%.
