Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On November 7, 2011, Force Protection, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary results of operations and financial condition for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
