On April 25, 2011, Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had terminated its Option Agreement with U.S. Energy Corp. (the “Option Agreement”) to acquire an interest in the Mount Emmons molybdenum project located in Gunnison County, Colorado.
