On December 14, 2006, Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2006. In response to questions from investors following that release, the Company has decided to disclose the attached supplemental unaudited fourth-quarter financial information.
