Ebix, Inc. (the “Company”) requires additional time to finalize its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2006 due to recent changes in personnel. The Company could not eliminate the delay in filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q without unreasonable effort and expense. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrant anticipates filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q no later than five calendar days following the prescribed due date.
