On December 8, 2005, Papa Johns International, Inc. announced its 2006 growth plans and earnings guidance. The company also announced a two-for-one stock split and a $25 million increase in share repurchase authorization. In addition, certain of the companys directors and executive officers, including Executive Chairman John H. Schnatter, have adopted or extended previously adopted pre-arranged trading plans under Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 10b5-1 in order to sell shares, or exercise stock options and sell the underlying shares, at predetermined price thresholds.
