Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 2, 2004, Pac-West Telecomm, Inc. announced that it has received notification from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department that the Company has regained compliance with all requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
