         There will be a delay in filing the Company's Quarterly Report on Form
10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2001 because the Company needs
additional time to complete the report and its financial statements for fiscal
quarter ended September 30, 2001. The Company expects to file its Quarterly
Report by November 19, 2001.
