On June 24, 2014, the Company pre-announced estimated second quarter pre-tax catastrophe losses, net of reinsurance, of approximately $20.0 million to $23.0 million due to spring storms, which the Company expects to have an earnings per share impact of $0.51 to $0.59, after tax. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
