Cakes by Jeff the Chef and a pop-up related to the Sol Blume music festival are coming to Downtown Commons

According to the DoCo website, Cakes by Jeff the Chef will open a permanent location in the Downtown Sacramento shopping center in May, and a pop-up store related to the Sol Blume music festival will open April 17.
