Panera Bread Co. set to go public again, with restaurateur and St. Louis native Danny Meyer as an investor

The bakery-cafe operator known locally as Saint Louis Bread Co. plans to go public again by partnering with a restaurateur and St. Louis native Danny Meyer's special purpose acquisition company.
