Norwegian Cruise Line to homeport new Prima ship in Texas

When the Norwegian Prima's initial 2022 voyages were announced in May, Port of Galveston officials said they also were in discussions with the Miami-based cruise operator about a long-term strategy beginning in November 2023. Now there are more details about Norwegian's plans.
