Consumer confidence climbs to three-month high as more Americans plan vacations

Americans grew more confident in the economy in February amid a sharp decline in coronavirus cases, but they were still worried about how long the effects of the pandemic will linger. The index of consumer confidence rose to a three-month high of 91.3 in February from 88.9.
