Trump touts Kodak loan and PPE procurement, defends hydroxychloroquine video

The president appeared for about 30 minutes during Tuesday's coronavirus task force briefing at the White House. He spent much of his time touting the administration's efforts to deliver supplies, improve coronavirus testing and replenish the national stockpile of personal protective equipment.
