Hamilton Lane Announces Pricing Of Public Offering Of Class A Common Stock

Hamilton Lane Incorporated announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering by Hamilton Lane and three selling stockholders of 2,995,757 shares of Class A common stock, in the aggregate, for gross proceeds of approximately $212 million.
