Expedia Group to lay off thousands of employees

Expedia Group will reduce and eliminate roles, teams, projects and activities across the company, starting as early as this week in some regions. Last year in Austin, Expedia started moving Vrbo employees into one of the biggest office buildings on the city's north side to accommodate its local workforce.
